I love the latest post on there which is entitled Global Food Crisis will open your eyes to the poverty and degradation that many of our fellow human beings are facing and we should all try our best to do something about it and not be just so indifferent about it. Maybe our Governments should be lobbied harder to get more stuff done to eradicate World Poverty. If you read the latest post you will be really moved. Just to think that one in six people on our Planet are starving makes me feel so sad and helpless. I do recommend this blog whole heartedly to any one who wants to get some straight news and facts and figures as to where we are ecologically and in any other way concerning
Here are some green tips to conserve water which is a priceless commodity we most often take for granted in developed countries.
1. Making usre your toilet doesn’t leak for one is a very important way to consever and save on your water bill. So make sure you don’t have a leaking toilet and if you do get that fixed a.s.a.p
2. Using newer low flush and low showering units can save you so much water it is amazing. So investing in these newer gadgets will save you a lot in the long run.
3. Use your washing machine and dishwasher appliances only when you have a full load. Don’t waste all that water by using half loads as this isn’t economical at all.
4. Save hundreds of $$$$$$$$$$$ a year by only rnning the bath to half or just spending less time in the shower. You can still wash well but not be too wasteful at the same time.
5. Keep water in the fridge instead of running the tap for ages to get the water cold enough to drink. This will save you heaps too.
6. If you have a car, don’t use the hose but instead use the old fashioned bucket and a sponge to clean your car as this will save so much running water.
7. If you have a house collect rainwater and use it for your gardening needs.
Just these few tips can conserve not only a lot of water but save you lots of money on your water bills each year. Why not save some water today? How to save on your water bill is only a few steps away.
Today I just want all my Entrecard Friends to know I can’t log in to Entrecard which makes me feel a little sad because I was doing so well there and that is where the bulk of my traffic comes from and I sent a forum support thread but have had no reply from them so far in over 24 hours. I don’t quite know what I will do now but I will try to visit blogs on there as I can still access them from the campaign list. What I can’t do is drop you a card as I do every day but I will try to make visits and also comment on your blogs, it may not be every day but certainly when I can.
I hope you all won’t forget green little me and will drop a visit and a comment whenever you can too. I guess I will be trying out other ways to bring in more traffic and get more involved in social bookmarking every day and places like Blogcatalog and Twitter.
I hope I get an answer from them soon but if in several days time I don’t then that means they probably don’t like my blogs and just want me out so I haven’t got a clue at the moment.
I better get on with thinking some pleasant green thoughts even though I have had a rough few weeks. I hope you all have a good green day of it.
Oh My Dayz, sorry at last something happened and I can log in now, so I am off to Entredrop..ayayayyay!

I know this has nothing to do with going green well it can do if we purge away all of our negative thoughts and let some goods ones sprout instead. So by planting a little seed of happiness I hope to make someone happy today who is feeling down or is worried about this that or the other.
I wanted to take some good chill out time and sing this song on Youtube which I love so much and wanted to sing for years on end but didn’t have the lyrics in my possession so enjoy it with me even if you think my singing is lousy. The beat is great and I love Mory Kante’s song Yeke Yeke so much I want to bounce around the house all day like a ping pong ball! There is nothing like letting off steam when the pressure is on, it’s either that or going down hill with depression and I don’t want that.
With the U.S Economy in Tatters and the World at large falling into recession we all know that the only way to get out of this rut is the GREEN WAY and with Obama’s Green Push initiative planting the seeds for real change can ignite a sustainability movement worldwide. We need someone like Barack Obama to show the way forward and into better economic practices that have a sound moral and ethical basis for sustaining human life not just for filling the pockets of the Few.
There are ways in which Obama wants to generate new jobs and this is in the Renewable Energy Sector where he is intending to double the output of renweable energy while at the same time decreasing America’s dependency on Foreign Oil supplies.
If he can succeed in this then this will create a snowball effect and other countries will be pressured into following suit which is better than what the U.S predecessors have accomplished in the past forcing countries to accept free trade agreements that have crippled their economies which now in turn is crippling the U.S Economy.
I came across a startling picture today which I had to post on this green blog as they say a picture speaks a thousand wards. This coudn’t ring more true when I cried looking at the emaciating human being on the front of it.
This is a human catastrophe that with today’s technological advancements could be well and truly avoided. With better distribution of wealth and less corrupt governments who propagate a greener agenda, fatal calamities would not exist to this level.
The Global Economic Crisis facing this generation should be put to a halt instantly through implementing green and sustainable living conditions and permeating Eco solutions through all echelons of Society. This ‘going green’ is not a passing fad as we actually don’t have any other option to survive as a Species through any other form of governance. We have seen that both capitalism and communism have failed to deliver social harmony and prosperity to all but have only brought about social unrest along side greedier and more sinister individualism.
Take time to lookat the picture staring you in the face and come back and tell me what you think of it all.Going green isn’t a choice but a reality we have to live up to or fade away as a species.
